"Fail Like a Pro" is offered both as a lecture and as a workshop, and now we invite you to a taste of the lecture live in Malmö. Better teams make more mistakes – that's what researchers at Harvard University found when they began studying what makes some teams perform better than others. During this lecture, we delve into how we concretely succeed in building a high-performing team by daring to fail.
